Assessing Damage

Are team always assess the damage your property has been plagued with as soon as they arrive on scene. In this instance, the restroom appeared to only have minimal damage from the fire being put out. After the room was dried by the air movers in place, we completed another evaluation. The evaluation showed the team that there was far more soot damage underneath the walls than we realized. This called for a strip down to be completed on the floors and walls. We always make sure our work is properly executed even after steps of restoration have been completed.
