Not all water damage is able to be seen by the naked eye. Thank goodness we have moisture meter technology to put our team ahead of the game. As showed in the photographs above we have a very high moisture meter reading on the first floor of this home. The reading is indicating that the water loss is coming from underneath the home, trapped in the foundation. SERVPRO of Summit, Lake, Park & Eagle Counties knew to go into the foundation part of the residence, the crawlspace. 

From there our team was able to get to the root of the problem.
