SERVPRO team was an absolute pleasure to work with. They came and saw our space less than 30 mins after I called them on a Sunday afternoon. They had a huge team there the following morning at 8 am and got a very large job done in 1.5 days. They were completely self-sufficient and took care of every single one of my needs without ever bothering me. They are professional, courteous, and pleasant and I couldn't recommend them more!

We have never been satisfied with a franchise service company until now. From the first call from Shafekah to the final cleanup by Juan and his crew, it was nothing but great coordination and communication. Juan was always prompt, courteous, kept us informed, clean, and extremely efficient. We had water and mold mitigation in the crawlspace, which they completely nullified. We would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them for anyone who needs GREAT and prompt service. We are REAL customers and very particular.

Wow! we had a 3 level water disaster at our home in Breckinridge. They brought out equipment generators and all sorts of tools to save our house! I can't thank them enough for all their support and efforts. It is nice to see a company that cares as much as they do!

We were gone for a month only to come back to a flooded basement! SERVPRO not only dried our basement BUT discovered black mold due to the flooding! They removed all the mold and even replaced the drywall, trim and painted! 100% recommend them to anyone! Amazing service.

Came right away to get our flooded bathroom, stairs and bedroom downstairs all dried out. Very professional. Used up to date technology and super friendly. They made sure every thing - every nook and cranny was dry with more than just blowers - they had infra red technology, 3d photography, and huge dehumidifiers. They sealed the area off and made sure it was all dry, even behind all the walls. Highly Recommended!

My mother recently had her house get flooded by a water leak from a burst pipe. She called her insurance company who recommended SERVPRO. From the first time she talked to someone at the local branch through when people showed up and started moving her furniture and her personal items and all the way to the end of their work, those folks at the SERVPRO office in Avon acted with the utmost of professionalism and respect. My mother was very apprehensive about the entire ordeal and she was made to feel at ease because everyone was so helpful and informative.

I'd like to let you know that I appreciated the work that Carolanne and her team did on my townhome that was significantly impacted by frozen pipes and a subsequent flood. SERVPRO did an excellent job helping to steer me through the challenges of the disaster and they were on-call and attentive during the whole process, including being very helpful in explaining the insurance process.

SERVPRO finished what CCS did NOT complete. They were pros!

I was pleased with the onsite communication and interactions; however, follow up information could be improved slightly. Other than that great job!
